Yes, people could easily find and possibly improve the
recipes there.  (I'd suggest dedicated wiki pages, though,
e.g. http://www.scsh.net/cgi-bin/wiki.cgi?MoronicRecipes or
ScshIntro, and links to those on the CodeSnippets page.)

But whereever you put it, please announce the stuff and
its location in the scsh news (here).
