Scsh binary for Cygwin

I've uploaded a precompiled binary of Scsh for Cygwin to

   http://home.tiscali.de/emilio.lopes/scheme/

The binary was compiled with an older (1.3.x) Cygwin version.

Please note that I'm providing this binary "AS IS".  I hope it will
work for you, but I really don't have the time to support it.
