No, there is no such thing public available and it's very unlikely
that Olin will reply to this email and tell you more about it (I don't
mind if he proves me wrong though).
However, we recently put some work into the topic of an interactive
front-end for scsh: Christoph de Mattia wrote scsh bindings for the
ncurses library and a first version of a front-end called
"scsh-nuit". You can check out both of them from the scsh CVS. Don't
hesitate to ask if you come across any problems.
