Announcing Tiny-CLOS for Scsh and Scheme 48

I've uploaded a new version of my Tiny-CLOS package for Scsh and
Scheme 48 to

Tiny-CLOS is an object system for Scheme, written by Gregor Kiczales.

The only change in this version is a new package definition, so that
you can also use the library with plain Scheme 48.

You don't need this new version if only want to use Tiny-CLOS with
Scsh.
