[ANN] scsh installation library v1.1.1

Version 1.1.1 of the installation library for scsh packages has been
released. It is available at the following location:

   http://lamp.epfl.ch/~schinz/scsh_packages/

The main change brought by this release is that --dest-dir is now
interpreted in a more standard fashion, which should ease
collaboration with other tools like "configure". In particular, this
should solve the installation problem for scx on Windows.

Apart from that, layouts specified on the command line work, and
layouts can also be specified as Scheme functions in
scsh-pkg-defaults.scm.
