SSAX/SXML: latest version for scsh?

contains a bigloo and plt directory. it also contains about 8 .scm files. no 
README indicates the order in which they should be loaded. could someone please 
provide some info on loading sequence?

lists Mike Sperber's ssax-sr5rs-plt200 as running in scsh
but this does not seem very new (released in 2002).

further, unpacking the distribution at his website
