The manual 0.6.6 documents the variable DEFAULT-LIB-DIRS (in section
11.1.4 Library Directories Search Facility.  By the way, the sentence

    starting with version 0.6.5 the option --with-lib-dirs-list of the
    configure script changes for a new installation.

is somewhat deficient.)  However, DEFAULT-LIB-DIRS is not accessible
in the user package:

    Welcome to scsh 0.6.6 (RC 2)
    Type ,? for help.
    > default-lib-dirs

    Error: undefined variable
           default-lib-dirs
           (package user)
