Who is managing the list?

I'm cutting back on my email subscriptions, but, unfortunately, I can't
seem to remove myself from the scsh list. In my archives, I've found that
I was manually subscribed by Brian D. Carlstrom, but I'm not sure that he
is handling this any more. Having written to him recently, I got no reply.

Also, I see no headers from the list indicating the use of a formal mailing
list manager package.

Clues?
