I have just had a glance at all scheme implementations in
Debian. Quite a few use reference implementations. While guile has
re-implemented SRFI's 13 and 14, guile indeed includes (a derivative
of) the reference implementation of SRFI 19, but the SRFI copyright
notice was stripped. I checked it in Guile version 1.6.4. Contains a
file named 'srfi/srfi-19.scm'. I have contacted the listed author of
the file for comment.
