   him. the problem is that the copyright isn't owned by the author but a

Pratt may be at stanford, but this -implementation- was written by George
Carrette.  And if I remember properly, Paradigm Associates is George and
(maybe) one other guy.  My address book say George can be reached as
<gjc@alum.mit.edu>.
