I'd say that the scsh ML (sans SPAM) shouldn't really make your
mailbox get even get close to that limit.

The problem is that people will post there, and those only reading the
newsgroup won't see it.

I'd really like to get things to the point where they are simple; the
old setup caused a great amount of grief.
