Oh, I see why I didn't find anything of that sort -- I was looking in
the HTTP distribution, not the CVS repository, which would also explain
the fact that I thought I had seen, years ago, version 1.0 as the latest
version, since the HTTP distribution is still at 1.0.

I'll go look at surflets.
