Hm, what do you mean with 'CPS'? Continuation Passing Style?  Anyway,
there ist something like "send/suspend" in the current CVS of SUnet,
see httpd/surflets. There is also an example SUrflet server with some
example scripts, just type start-surflet-server in the httpd/surflets
directory.

Please note, that this "feature" is still in development (e.g., the
documentation is outdated), but should be usable as the examples show.
