You mean, you have "126.96.36.199" and you don't have an integer for
that? Well, the string is just a human readable format of a 32-bit
integer: every block ("123") is a byte. Thus, "188.8.131.52"
represents the integer ip #x7b7b7b7b = 2071690107, as 123 = #x7b.
