SRFI 19 and scsh

Is SRFI 19 (by loading lib/scsh/srfi/srfi-19.scm) supposed to work out
of the box?

Not finding a srfi-19 structure, I tried loading it directly:

A side note: lib/scsh/srfi/srfi-19.scm seems to have DOS style line
breaks, if that matters.
