About 5.4% of the bugs I produce are related to programming by "copy

It's not the same as I wasn't aware of Eric Marsden's patch. However,
the two patches are rather identical. I'll try to talk the authors
of FPS about a new version.

On ftp://ftp.scsh.net/pub/scsh/ you will find
scsh-{0.1,0.2,0.3,0.3.1}, scsh-0.4.{0,1,2,3,4} scsh-0.5.{0,1,2,3},
scsh-0.6.{0,1} and on SourceForge scsh-0.6.{0,1}. So the policy should
be clear: we provide all versions we are aware of.
