Unfortunately I don't have a C compiler for Windows - but there
are binaries available for MzScheme and ImageMaigck. SWIG you
hav to compile yourself.

There ought not to be any difference. Everything involved is portable,
MzScheme, SWIG and ImageMagick should compile on all flavor of Unix,
as well as on Windows.
