Yes, but remembering/mentioning even the version number of scsh
where it last ran would be nice.

Whoever updates http://www.scsh.net/resources/fps.html
seems to react swiftly to the discussion here at comp.lang.scheme.scsh,
as now the beginning of http://www.scsh.net/resources/fps.html
reads:

<a href="ftp://ftp.scsh.net/pub/scsh/contrib/fps/fps-1.0.tar.gz";>Download</a>
version 1.0 of the package and a
<a href="ftp://ftp.scsh.net/pub/scsh/contrib/fps/fps-1.0.tar.gz";>patch</a>
to load FPS into scsh version 0.5.3 or later.

but still the URL of the "patch" points to the whole package...
Anyways, I downloaded it, and at least the first triangle
demonstration produced an all-right postscript file.
Thanks guys! I'll try to manage without text for a while,
before the patch for fonts (hopefully) is inserted into a
newer version of package, or made otherwise available,
although I guess it's the same one as mentioned in the URL you gave:
http://sources.redhat.com/ml/guile/2000-07/msg00317.html

BTW, what is the policy regarding the older versions of scsh?
I have now implemented a production system for our
company with it, and it's not nice if one day nobody
can find version 0.6.1 anywhere.

Kiitoksin,

Antti Karttunen
