Chmod problem at scsh.net?

Please excuse blasting the list with such a silly problem, but I'm trying to grab the source code for scsh to try it on MacOS X.  But when I go to http://www.scsh.net/download/sourcecode.html and click on the Source Code link, I get:

Can't open "/pub/scsh/0.6/scsh-0.6.0.tar.gz" for reading.

A chmod problem, perhaps?
