The function `s48_do_gc' in `scheme48heap.c' is typed as `void' but it has two return statments in it. I don't know how gcc handles that but the Sun/Forte compiler will generate and error. In the manual introduction, section 1.8, `A word about Unix standards': Rest assured that this nowhere in this manual will you encounter an attempt to spell it all out for you; I believe the first `this' is incorrect. |
