gc-protection-mismatch in 0.6.0

i have problems (seems only) with a script found at
http://www.pelissero.surf3.net/software/finddup.scm

sometimes (rarely) it finishes, sometimes it crashes with:

Error: exception
       gc-protection-mismatch
       (return-from-callback "scheme_stat")

How should i debug it ? What does it say?

in the previous version of scsh (was it 0.5.6?) it ran without problems.
