Buglet in 0.6.0 installation.

I tried to install scsh-0.6.0.  During `make install' I got:

  install: ./doc/src/manual/*.html: No such file or directory
  *** Error code 71

  Stop in /usr/custom/src/scsh/scsh-0.6.0.

Since there is no ./doc/src/manual/ directory in the distribution, I fixed
this by removing the line mentioning "$(srcdir)/doc/src/manual/*.html" from
the makefile.  I couldn't figure out if this means I am now missing some of
the documentation.  But everything else worked fine.
