It would appear that scsh-0.6 has inherited a behavior from
scheme48-0.53 that it didn't previously have. Now when an image is
saved, the open ports are closed and not repoened when the image is
restored.
I have a number of scsh scripts which I had been building to
heap images for faster loading which also write to stdout. These
scripts now raise an exception because they are trying to wrote to
closed ports. Is this a known problem? Does anyone care? SHould I fix
it myself then?
I am currently working off of the CVS version of scsh-0.6 on
Solaris. I could roll back to 0.5.3, except that I want the
multi-threaded Sunet servers. Suggestions are urgently solicited as
I'm going to be attempting a demo for sr. mgt. in a little bit over a
week. It'd be nice to get Scheme onto the corporate radar.
