Automatic mail sent by installer

The automatic "Another scsh infestation" email sent by the install script may
be a violation of laws which prevent "unauthorized use" of computer systems,
since the person doing the installation has no reasonable basis to know that
it is going to send email.  This is done without their knowledge or
permission.

In any event, it is certainly an obnoxious violation of privacy.

Please remove it, or at least require explicit permission from the person
doing the installation before sending it.
