I never intended that you compile that file. It's just there so you can
reference the source text. If you want PostScript, dereference
ftp://www-swiss.ai.mit.edu/pub/su/scsh/scsh-paper.ps
If you are interested in scsh issues, I have written a couple of papers
about them, which you can find by going to my home page
