scshvm built with scsh-hlink, installing scsh-hlink?

Hi BDC and Olin and others -

  The static linker is pretty cool.  I was wondering if
scsh/static.scm should be installed as scsh-hlink along
with the other binaries?  That might encourage its use,
which might encourage people to work on some of the, um,
outstanding issues. :)

  Should there be an option to install an scshvm that is
statically linked (and an scsh-tramp that uses "--"
instead of "-o" <VM> "-i" <IMAGE>), or is this not yet
ready for prime time?
