I guess you just haven't looked very far.  Since most Tcl 7.6 / 8.0
program or tclet run on Wintel, it should be pretty easy to find
programs .  See <URL:http://www.teraform.com/%7Elvirden/tcl-faq/>
for pointers to tcl catalogs of software, FAQs concerning Tcl on WinTel,
pointers to at least one book specifically about writing Tcl on WinTel,
etc.
