scsh-0.4.4 not happening.

Hi,

Uh, sorry about that last message.  Got to watch for dots in what I'm 
copying.  Anyway, here's my message...

I'm trying to install scsh-0.4.4 and it's just not happening.  I've got
a PPro200 running Linux 2.0.27.  I'm trying to build in /tmp/ (using the
appropriate value of --prefix).  Here's the tail end of make:
