I have placed an copy of the manual typeset for A4 paper in
ftp://ftp-swiss.ai.mit.edu/pub/su/scsh/scshman-a4.tar.gz
The tar file has the manual in Postscript and dvi format.
I've also put the TeX sources into the distribution tree. When Brian
kicks out 0.4.1, you'll get the whole thing.
