Demon (the ISP I use) appear to have locally cancelled it, which
is consistant with their policy toward abuse like spamming. Still,
I agree with your advise. If it pissed you off, complain about it,
but be sure to complain to the right people. Another kind of abuse
is to forge the header, as this spammer apparently did.
