Ooops...

My earlier mail to reported a bug that seemed to be causing my NeXT
to report:
        "Malformed Mach-o file".

It seems as if I was mistaken. The behavior is a bit more wierd
than that. :-(

If I fully compile and install scsh, then try to run scsh, I get
the above error. A cd to the compile directory/scsh/ and running
./scsh results in the same problem. Now, if I manually invoke the
virtual machine with the proper image file (just duplicating what
the scsh binary itself does), the virtual machine starts up just
fine. Then, if I try scsh again, it works! I am going to stop
chasing this problem for the moment, but do you have any suggestions?
What would change (that is persistent state) after the vm has been
run once?

Thanks.
