[Scsh-hackers] New Beta Version

I put a new beta version for 0.6.3 on the ftp server. It contains
quite a few changes due to the reports for the last beta. Besides the
fixes I already announced on the mailing list, I also patched the
VM/RTS to report I/O errors in a way with-errno-handler is able to
catch and to close output ports even if there are errors while
flushing the buffer. In addition, Dorai provided a new version of
tex2page which fixes the "string - length" problem reported by RT
Happe.

Please test now - If no further bug reports come in I will release
0.6.3 tomorrow.
